just joined as im thinking of finally owning the car of my dreams, an EVO VI TME of course has to be red with white oz alloys lol, i live in SW London, will need a good mechanic and performance tuners, decent insurance companies etc etc, so any advice will be greatfully received

I'd recommend Pace Ward as they very flexible at sorting a company that will not only cover mods but also offer track day insurance too as and when required if you decide you want to do this too.

I am biased as with pace ward myself and based on mine being an import with mods very few other would cover at a reasonable price.

Thanks for all your advice, I'm looking to buy one in a few months (not quite sure why the red is more expensive than the others but hey) I've been looking around and decent ones go for around £10k as its rapidly becoming a collectors car, I cant wait to bin this vectra sri and get into a real car lol

pure guess to explain the red being more expensive..... red cars years ago(maybe still) were the most stolen colour.
