It's gonna be hard to get a place that everyone agrees on, I'm not fussed where it is just along as it's after my holiday

I see both your points, Geof it's hard having to sort childcare arrangements out I sympathise with you there, Lee yea fair do's it is a bit of a mission but a little give and take needs to be done for it to go ahead as a group thing, if not then just either have mini area meets.

There's alot of members spread out all over the country, so if we make it into mini meets then no one gets left out, are we forgetting our Scottish and Irish members? Surly we need to accommodate for them as well

No harm in mini meets. But that is just what they are "mini".
A full site meet would be great. Get as many people together as possible.

I'm going to check the diary at work and speak to the boss to see if I can get a deal together. I'll get back to this thread with room, dinner etc prices.

Suppose there is no harm in chucking another idea into the pot.

Ok, so I've pulled a few strings and managed to get a bit of a discount.

Only problem is the dates available are mainly Fridays.

So there is the 2nd, 9th, 16th of Dec. Three course set dinner and disco for £22.50 PP
Or Saturday 17th choice menu and disco for £25pp

Rooms can be booked BB for £80 a couple and I think £70 sole occupancy. (might be able to get a better rate but not sure yet.)
