i had my suspension rebuilt by GM suspension technology in birmingham, very happy with the survice

I just ordered some uprated springs to replace the original ones that came with my BC coilovers so might look into getting the teins re sealed instead of just throwing them away

when he did mine they cost about £70 per corner, that was for new seals, oils, etc and delivery back and they were as good as new and fell more balanced than when they were new. mine were kspprts and he had to make the tools to get them apart

Would you recommend k sports mate I had em in my old 5 just wanted to know your opinion on them?

I was thinking of changing mine which are Gab did you ever hear of them?

Hm that's £280 to have a £1200 set up back as new. Will make a note of this and maybe get them sorted.

Not had any knocking with my bc's neither. But the I do have the modified rear top mounts
