dont you just hate it .
it seems everywhere i drive in the evo everyone just whants to race ,
there come up behind you trying to push you all the time to do something
dont get me wrong if there want a race i will give them one ,most of the time im just cruising to work or around town and you look behind you and there will be a c£$t 6 inchs away ,is this just me or do other evo drivers have the same problem you just dont need it every day :twisted: rant over

lol. i feel your pain mate!! i get it all the time around here where i am. there are sooo many people on base who tune their cars and try it all the time. the usual suspects are astra vxr, supra, seat leon cupra and scoobs. although the other day was a mazda 3 :wtf: i waited until he was by my side and blasted off. lol

But my problem lately is every time I pull into the local petrol station where all the local boy racers hang out one of em come up to me and ask me to bring em for a spin

I'd have to kill myself if I had someone keeping up with me.... I make a concious effort to keep tailgaters at bay by driving at speeds appropriate to the conditions - ie Flat out wherever possible :razz:

i hate that too. i use mine for long journeys with wife and kids and i always say to myself gonna take my time cause when im alone i make the car scream etc etc. but just as your cruisin on motorways you get some silly fools up your back or next to u flashing. so u end up plonking ur foot down without downshifting and all u see is the car shrinking in your rear view mirror lol lol

I had a couple of boy racers behind me in the drive thru the other day and they decided to rev there engine and laugh. So I obliged and did the same with a few rumbles out from me so they did it again. And so did I only I hit the antilag and got some loud bangs and flames shoot out to shut them up

Was also mapping a mates evo and getting some logging runs in when couple of boy racers in a proton flashed and whent to drive past. Only they got along side just as the turbo kicked in and we shot off with me mate just staring forward and waving as we left them for dead. I couldn't help but piss myself laughing as the other lads thought they'd done us and I could see them laughing just before me mate waved goodbye ... lmao
