Bought an actuator that claim to boost and hold 1.4bar. Recieved and found the hat was missing or broken. also claimed to have covered few hundred miles or there about. I was amazed to see the state it was in- I'll say at least 30K. Anyway, I contact the seller,he then told me he bought it from someone. He sounded a decent guy at the time and would refund. I returned it and heard nothing. I got on to paypal to recover the cost. You wouldn't believe what he's response. He has escalated the case to a claim. he now reckon the actuator is broken either in the post or fitting to the car. Believe me guys, there is no way anyone who sees this actuator and still attempt to fit it to their car. I couldn't be any quicker packing it and send back at the earliest opportunity.

Thanks. at this moment I want to sort out the issue first. Need the money to buy another. This guy is a p... take( not you Liverpool1). Just read his post again. It was suppose to be a new one. he's trying to keep my money by claiming I have damaged the item. clearly it has been or was already knackard when he had it.
To be honest it's word against the mouth. I might have to suffer the loss. If I did loose the dispute, I will let you guy's/Girl's know who's this person. Hence giving him the last chance for oweing up. Think I can't be any fairer then that.

As a buyer ya have more right then the seller so plod on pal ya will win at the end of it. If it got damaged in transit then thats a postage problem and nothing to do with ya.

i have already raised with paypal. he had escilated the case to a claim though. There is evidence on here "evoowner" to prove the false sale description. Can he change what he wrote originally?
because he had launched a claim case, does it mean my paypal account are also frozen? It will be nightmare if it is. I need to get the actuator from "Liverpool1"-

update to dispute.

message from paypal, the case has been concluded in my favour. credit will be in my account in 5 days.

As said, I have allowed the seller to owe up the fault. Instead of doing that, he waited to the very last day. Paypal obviously did the job emailed him 4 times on the last day(decision day),he didn't reply to none of them.

If you guys wants to know who this person to avoid. I need 10 or more of you's say yes, then I'll put it up.

Well guys, you wouldn't believe this. He had detest the decision by paypal. so the case goes on.

Thanks for the supports from all of you.

I'm not sure his forum, but his name S Prince. I think he's reading this on here too.
For the sake of £40 who would make so much fuss- well he would

I have thought, let him keep the £40 and he can live in shame

People like this need to be shown they can't get away with it

you're right, absolutely. Principle and justice is what all innocent buyer wants. I shall keep going, even if it takes months.

At least I have a genuine part for the car from Liverpool1. I got paid this week, so the £40 doesn't seem any cut to my wrist yet.

I might a as well spend the £ treat you all with it at next meetings in the near future
