Get a newbie thread up to say hi

Depends on the actuator you have. Would normally be 0.8 but may be 1.2 bar. You may be seeing the peak value at 1.4 but what is it actually holding ???

ahha sure will say hi there hehehe sorry
The peak is 1.7 bar and holding at 1.4 bar
Could it simply because the owner has flashed the ECU?

mine peaks at 1bar but thats cause the garage has messed with my avc-r since they did a weld job on the chocolate aftermarket manifold (I guess to get me past the 2 month warranty they gave me!)

I have no clue how to even check the setting on my AVC-R. All I could understand from the guide is you can have an A and a B setting.

I was kind of hoping that on of the settings is stock and thats what they put it back to?

I just need someone who knows what they talking about to look at it! lol

No no controller fitted...so I guess he has "chipped" or "flashed" the ECU or he is lying haha
But well...don't care anymore...I just got to have an Evo!!!

Basically your two settings a nd b is probably set to how the garage set it or how it was set when installed. Until you get ur car remap your better off leaving it alone but it's set a bit low to bepeaking at 1bar but atleasr ur safe. Normally correct me if I'm wrong anyone but it should be peaking at 1.2 to 1.3 bar when it peaks.
Mate once your thought how to use it you'll know what ur doing with it. You can adjust the boost if you find out the stock peak point but leave it to the professionals. I have the same controller and now I figured it out it's quite east but I never adjust the settings mostly switch between the two settings. If you go into the settings you can check by going previous until you get to the settings and switch it from setting a to b or vice versa and put your foot down to check where it peaks on both settings you'll prob find both settings ate different.
Beltway is to take it to the garage and ask them to show you how to change between a to b then you'll know.
