With the Evo gone I bought this the next day.
Debadged the boot the I bought it.

Super comfortable to drive but it looked like a tractor. I ordered coilovers before I'd even seen the car
Put it straight in to get the bumpers and bonnet repainted. Bonnet as also smoothed off.
Detailed yesterday and shining away

Just waiting for the badgeless grill to arrive. And my DSLR to get some more piccies
New wheels will be ordered next week after a mini holiday

I'll have another Evo one day :wub:

It's not very exciting. I came out of Asda earlier looking for a big spoiler and was greeted with a taxi looking thing :cry:

They good on diesel and can be remapped to 180. 5s nice, don't see many around any more

As m7gsr said they can be remakes for extra torque don't think I'd go as far as 180bhp though

Hahaha! That's what's left behind the standard grill. I had the bonnet welded up and smoothed off and I'm waiting for the badgeless grill to turn up. It's taking an age!

I was thinking about a front mount, but this one won't be getting any more power. The 50+ MPG's is winning for me

From selling the Evo I've bought this, insured it, got coilovers, paint, bonnet welded, some little bits inside, a DSLR & acessories, a holiday for me and my girlfriend and still well on budget for wheels :wtf: oh, and I'm eyeing up another new wax so I'm pretty happy with it.
But it'll never put that smile on my face... you know the one :wub:

Cheers. The Renault is only running around 130-140BHP. But it doesn't weigh much :whistling:

For the next wax I'm torn between Vic's Concourse and R222. I'm not fussed about durability during summer, I just want something that looks nice and wet.

On Thursday me and my girlfriend went to Devon for the weekend, just as I was packing the car to leave the postman arrived with the new grill
