Best is to clean everything up 1st. Then take the car for a 30 min run. Then check for leaks.

Dip stick popping out means just pinch the pipe a little or new o rings on the stick. return pipe gasket is cheap fix to. But as said check to see where its coming from 1st...

as above :)

carb cleaner is good for doing this. just spray and wash the oil away then leave it to dry out then go for a drive :)

you said your dip stick pipe was loose. do you mean the tube where the dip stick goes in?
if so there is a tiny rubber o ring at the bottom of tube which goes in block, check that or just put a bit of silicon around it.. also it should be bolted at top......

It could be the gasket, if its not fitted with a new one for any reason then it will leak.
