Hi PE2011,

I see you see the light!

The first thing you will notice when you get one is that it's in another league.

I work on all Jap performance cars and the one I dislike the most is the scooby, even though I have had around 5 of them over the years, only for around 2 to 3 weeks at a time as I get bored really quickly with them.

The Evo on the other hand can be thraped all day and still relied upon to start the following morning.

Any how, as Nick said already...........

WELCOME!!!!!

cheers matey!
yeah tbh i always wanted a scooby turbo, i think every1 has done in their life, especially after GT came out on playstation when i was a boy lol.
i bought it just b4 xmas, changed the cambelt and all the other usual suspects (plugs etc),and sold it last week! lol
the problem was i found myself wanting to like it more than i actually did like it ha.
im wanting to spend around 9k ish in about a year and the evos for that money are so much more than the scoobs, in everyway, looks , performance, maintainance! lol
im torn between 260, gsr or fq300 the insurance is nothing between them all (about £1800) what do you think?

Yeh we all wanted one back in the days!!!
But when you get your hands on one you finally realise it was all just a bit of hype, I bought an evo 3 as my first back in the days and when i sold it i had enough to buy 2 scoobies.
When i went to test drive them i thought they had turbo lag but the trader assured me that thats all they push out!!!!!
I have had a couple of Legacies in the past and they are a better car all round.

FQ300 is the better bet if there's not much dif in the insurance.

Happy hunting kiddo.
