Can you not contact the member who has been ripped off, giving him confidence and assure him that you will help him and the police to get his money back ? As if he is paid up im sure you (MLR staff) have access to credit card transaction and his address ? Its good to know that someone is willing help to help from the organisation that has LET the member post an advert, all be it MLR dont know who is a TOOL and who isnt but when things go UC ing bad then a little help wouldnt go a miss.

I would think MLR staff would want to help as not to tarnish the reputation of the forum.

I await your reply with baited breath.........(not after a row, just curious on your opinions as all MODERATORS so far just sing from the same hymn sheet......Im wondering if you all use a handbook over the road ??? )

Hi Johny,

As I said previously moderators (any forum) do not have access to contact or financial details of members etc, thats an admin side of things which moderators tend to have nothing to do with. Mods are basically just regular members (enthusiasts) with some extra privileges allowing them to edit/delete posts against forum guidelines. People are making mods out to be the bad guys (and girls) not willing to help out when they have nothing to do with the financial goings on and are not able to help in the first place! :meh:

I am sure admin are doing their best to help out where possible.
