Guys and Girls.....

A few points if I may

A great idea first of all and I was shocked Geof has actually been thinking !!!!

If only a certain amount of members chip in then it will NOT be a club owned stand, why dont we make it a sticky and see how much we can get from ALL members, then we may be able to afford a bigger , better gazebo or metal framed gazebo. Dont forget this will be our HQ at meets, shows so it will need to accomadate everyone :)

I may not be at all shows but will be happy to donate as I will be at some.

If we have left over monies then perhaps put it towards a BBQ or something else as at JAE last year with CTRO forum the BBQ was great for all the grub and also gives a focal point for evenings and a bit of a social. While at shows obviously your gunna have a few beers and a bit of a do so in case of rain you all have to be able to bundle in ti the gazebo/shelter.You could even get two smaller gazrbos say 4x4 and have them next to each other.:awesome:

As for chairs folks can bring there own or we can buy some cheap ass white garden chairs and bring them along.:awesome:

The full weekend shows are great but only if you have the right kit to help make it a good weekend nothing worse than a whole club crammed in a gazebo or confined to tents due to nasty unpredictable british weather

Yea I was thinking about graving a instant BBQ and some burgers and bacon.

Will check that this is aloud on site first though :)

Yea as I said to Geof, although the gazebo looked very nice I'm sure it won't be big enough. Gonna have a look now to see what I can find
