Rebuild part's list

as your all a helpful bunch started to get a list together of all the bits i need so if I've miss anything please let me no. Thanks Nick 1. Crank(got an e5 one)2. Piston's and rod's.(from el hopefully) 3.oil pump 4. water pump. 5. Full engine gasket set. 6 bearings(will let builder sort them out). 7 better cam's and pulley's(getting them from el hopefully). 8 lash's may as well as cam's are getting done. 9. Clutch once again may as well.10 bolt's maybe? Have i got it all?

not sure u may need the flywheel from a 5/6 aswell

and if u dont already have them i rekon u will need the bigger brembo`s to stop it

you getting a different block as well mate ? if you dont youll never cure the crank walk that the 4 engine suffers with.

you missed out water pump, head gasket (cosworth one is really good)

yeah building a 4 block! O yeah water pump, won't a full engine gasket set have the head gasket in it?

get yourself a 6 block mate, much better. not much point re-building an engine without making it better

full set may have one, but not normally cos most people upgrade to an MR or cosworth/hks etc

Depending on what power you're going for, we can judge what parts you require

full set may have one, but not normally cos most people upgrade to an MR or cosworth/hks etc

cant afford it mate, hopefully it will be better with 8 rods piston's and cam's i have thought this over and it seem's the only way. Thanks tho. Plus it will be nice to get a all most new engine.

only want a safe 370ish think that will be enough for a 4 and me

If you can get E5 blocks for £100 get me 20 of them you will be lucky to get a E5 onwards block for much less than £500.

that's what i was thinking not seen one yet for under £400, plus my engine is 13 year's old and 50k mile's and still run's fine? So a rebuild will only help.
