Recently acquired the car, about a month now. After two weeks the turbo started leaking on the compressor side, and it sounds like there's a donkey in the trunk every time i turn corners aggressively. The car was parked up for about 10 months. Changed all fluids though. So now i have to flush the AYC correct? And i have to get a new turbo, my options are - Used Original EVO 9 turbo unit costing about 600.00 in your currency,or a new garrett 60-1 with a .63AR T3 Turbine costing about 580.00 in your currency. But with the T3 i will have to change the manifold, something i don't want to do. Looking for about 300 AWHP. All i have in the motor right now are some 264 HKS cams. My funds are limited, was going with an APEXi SAFC with some 750cc injectors either one of the turbos and a 3" downpipe.Hard intercooler piping. The car came with an HKS 3" Catback complete. What you all think i should do? The fuel down here sucks, its like 92 octane or less.

Sounds like you got it all worked out :)
To make it easy I'd go with the 80 series Evo 9 turbo don't think hard pipes will gain you power but they sure look better and less likely to split a pipe then too. Cams should be fine and I personally think 1000cc injectors are better cos they will flow the fuel without the need for a fuel presure reg but that's just my thoughts :)

1000cc injectors? Then my safc would not be able to control them. Anyone has a evo 7 ECU that they are willing to send to TRINIDAD? I'll pay for it and for the shipping.Buying one here would cost like £700.00.

What ecu does the car have in now you dont want to be using a safc there not very good.
