Just spent 50 mins on hold to them to book a collection only to be told they cant book in my area due to snow!
What! Surely thats the whole of the UK then!
He then told me to try again tomorrow.
Er yeah dont think so. HP arent getting their parts back now

I'm finding the whole postal service a joke at the mo.. We haven't had post since Friday, and there hasn't been any trace of snow here for over a week now.. Waiting for my insurance cover note to come through so I can go pick my new car up, and he can tax it for me

u could call them up and ask them to fax it to you, ive done that before

What you can do Skuff is send me a PM and I will tell you how to get the Dealer to get the tax without you having to present insurance papers.

It is dead easy and will cost you around £3.00

Do they have the Full V5 on their end???
