Hi all two questions in one really

1.when car is idling the oil light faintly flickers as soon as i give it any revs it goes out?

2.i intend on fitting my boost controller but the intruction is telling me to take vacum feed from the fuel pressure regulator?? is this wise or will it end up messing with my fueling?

any reply/ideas would be helpful
cheers

Check the connection on the oil pressure switch and make sure its getting a good connection sometimes if they are corroded it causes them to flicker on idle. If the connection is good get the oil pressure checked just to be safe.

What engine oil have you got in the car ?

Dont tap into the fuel reg pipe if it comes off it will cause the car to run lean there is a pipe that goes down to the sas vac tank from the inlet manifold its in the center of the manifold on the back T into that one.
