Evo 4 GSR - Tyres

Hi guys,

What are the standard size tyres for the evo 4 gsr. I have the original 16 inch wheels?

My car still had the M&S tread pattern tyres, believed to be as when inported from Japan in 2009? These were 205x50x16.
Not sure if this is the standard size chap, hopefully someone will be able to varify soon.
Just to add, the front tyres were recently replaced with the same size tyres, although a road pattern of course.

Looking through the Raliart technical manual, it shows in there,
the tyre size listed were...

205/60R15 91H
205/55R16 89V
205/50R16 87V
225/45ZR17

Hi mate,

So its looks like the 205/50R16 87V, but would love to get a 45 profile tyre on my standard 16s if its poss - I'll have a look into it.

i dont see why u wouldnt get 205 45 16`s or 205 40 16`s for that matter

when i had my cossie i had 225 40 16`s
