Best door speakers evo 8

Hi guys looking at upgrading the door speakers on my 8, any suggestions as to which are the best and are they a direct fit or will I need speaker pods, thanks

I have at the minute in my e4 "Infinity" both front and rear and they are a very good speaker indeed,,

Im not really sure of the dimensions inside the e8 door etc,, So i cant really comment...

Depending on how much you want to spendm Focal are very good and expensive unfortunately

Sure they are 8" steve ? Thought standard was 7" or 170mm

I had alpine components in front and pioneer in the rear which had an awesome sound with quite a bit of base when iPod used to make the door mirror glass and door panel flex

Infinity are also good brand. Had some awesome infinity kappa 6x9's years ago and I believe they are still going now after more than 10 years use

Just found a recommendation on these. 6.5" seems to be the way to go

Door panel is easy to remove so why not have a look and measure up first
