picture hosting sites ???????

Why not pay me a small amount and get your own hosting. You are in full control then.
You could even have some gallery on there with them on...

Which bit?
The hosting is just a few quid a month. You need a domain which is about £7 for 2 years.

Then bang something like wordpress on it which you can create galleries in or just use the hosting to upload photos (either using a web based client or and FTP client) to and then link to them.
