personally i think common sense should have had the upper hand here and if you didnt know what you were looking at you should have taken a mechanic who knew what he was looking at to see the car then it would have saved you the headache,so for all future buyers if you dont know much about something then ask or take someone who does!

The car had a RAC inspection and it still wasnt spotted all be it when I wasnt there , so for all future buyers take a Evo specialist with you

You are entitled to your money back from the RAC buddy as they failed to notice that the cat had been removed, a real botch up on their side by all accounts.

I suggest that you get in touch with them!
