Looking at buying an Evo, any help much appreciated

Hope all is well.

I'm looking at getting into the evo community, and am currently in the process of looking at one to buy. One near me has caught my eye hxxp://www[.]autotrader[.]co[.]uk/car-details/202408042523558. I was looking at paying a mechanic who's familiar with these cars, to give it a once over before I buy. Does anyone know any mechanics leeds area?

Any general feedback on this car or things to look out for when buying would also be much appreciated.
