Wheels size

Looking at buying a set of Xxr 527. Now I am unsure of the size of the wheel and the offset, what size do I need for a 235/45/17 tyre is it 8.25 or a 9" And what off set?
Et 35 or25?

Morning, XXR wheels are shite, but anyway 235/40/18 for 18x9 ET30 / ET27

With the XXR they are a funny offset.
