Few updates to the 8

Been awhile since I have been on here, after nearly 8 weeks of waiting finally got the turbo back. Rebuilt by race tech with new exhaust housing and uprated parts over my original turbo. Still got charged for the parts but nothing for labour.......no answer for the failure was given but I have gone back to stock oil feed even though this will be lower pressure they did throw the old filter feed as a possible cause.

Currently having the stock rocker cover drilled to take an10 fittings, will be getting it power coated after

Just need to get it prepped to get a few laps in around llandow

Lol, not enough.... Bhp is lower than expected, evc seems a bit faulty so may need replacing.

Lol, that's a good question. From what I gather it was waiting for new exhaust housing and other parts not in stock.

Was given the run around for a time which I was going to do a write up but haven't. Just a case of getting miles on it now and see how it goes.
