Ordered a splitter off an evo owner he booked it through interparcel who have subbed the job out to citylink. They collected the item on the 1st and should have been delivered 2nd. Well didn't turn up. So called Saturday and they said it's been collected, and it's not in edingburgh branch so should be on way, but paper trail not been completed, but she assured me it's not lost. But said because of the wank holiday I had to call back today.

So I did and get told that it is lost, and an investigation needs to be filed. So now waiting for a phonecall back with an open ended time frame aparantly. How can you lose a package the size of a splitter wrapped in bubble wrap and two whole roles of fragile tape

Its a parcel company, they make that kind of thing easy!

Royal mail apparently delivered a signed for recorded delivery parcel to me. But I didn't sign for it and wasn't at my neighbour's. Took 2 weeks to chase it and find out it's at my local sorting office. Redelivery arranged and 3 day's later I get a card through letter box saying import duty needs paying. Was expecting to pay that but they could have said that the 1st time if many phone calls I made after finding out where it was... So still had to go collect it...

I had a parcel booked for collection with CityLink the other week. Booked date no one comes, rearranged for the next day missed again, 3rd day missed again so I canceled it and got a refund. The next day the man turns up to collect the parcel :wtf:
