Dodgy sensor/gauge or possible boost leak

What sensor could be dodgy mate and the gauge aint that old and its a electronic calibration one if it was a boost leak then wouldnt the boost drop at it goes to 0.6 bar and holds at that

If boost continues to build and you have a leak. It will just bleed out and not increase.
Gauge could just be wrong, specially if it's electronic. I've known a good few different gauges all varying by 0.1-0.2 bar. It's nothing major and not a problem till you start pushing high boost

Mine when off stays at 0.8 bar. Agreed could be a boost leak.

The actuator may be getting tired or is not pre-tensioned correctly.

Going to check the actuator the weekend mate but my avcr reads 0.79 kg/cm2 and my boost gauge reads 0.6 bar which would be more accurate

0.79 kg/cm = 0.77 bar
So I'd suggest your actuator is fine but your boost gauge is wrong.
