Oh is yours a 260 mate as ive got 2 off 3/8 sockets on my oil filter housing so only needed 2 off 3/8 to 1/8 npt reducers and have tapped into these for oil temp and pressure.

could send me a link or pic to a adapter so i can fit the temp sensor.

Looks really well Frankie, I'm liking that but I think it needs some 9 rear lights

so i take it the plug on the filter housing is 3/8 then and my oil temp sender is 1/8??

Thats em mate will even suit your engine bay lol you may be able to buy direct though cant see why not.

Well got the discs and pads fitted, handbrake tightened .... erm yeah... there on and bedded them in for around the 50mile mark(ish),while i was there i cleaned and buffed up the pad retaining pins and rattle shim.

The car is absolutely minging :blush: and i need a slap for letting it get this bad.. but hey its a Evo right? :angel:

Here you can see the ports that make a oilfilter sandwich plate redundant.
Pic is from a spare 260 engine I have in the shed, sorry about the poor lighting

Great stuff i search for it and found out there is 2 8mm allen bolts on the housing. When you say ypu have a spare 260 engine in the garage does it have a aux belt tensioner as i need one the beariny on mine is squeeling like a pig lol

Oh im working on finding the right sized bearing , Ill post it up when i find a replacement,so a squeaky bearing doesnt have to warant replacing the whole unit in the future

Just a note on running gauges off the oil filter housing is there is a serious lack of space on the one closer to the engine, guess you could get a sensor in but would be a fiddle job. I have a sandwich plate for my depos, Saying that I have a fp oil feed running off the one filter port.

Iv got both, a sandwich plate and a plug adapter, not yet attempted it, whats better to use, the sandwich plate or the adapter ?
