It's very hard not to plant the right foot when you have the power beneath it!!!

El

i disagree el if you plant your foot down using all bhp you result in getting dead flies on the front :disgusted::disgusted::disgusted: you want to see us when were driving down the motorway in the summer off to shows :whistling::whistling::whistling: 55-60mph in the slow lane :razz:
but the drive on the way home is always special :whistling::whistling:
reminds me of a black merc in my rear view mirror as he woz along side me i dropped a gear and realised it woz one of them amg fp blacks :blush::blush: so i changed my mind and didnt bother making a fool of my self :wtf::wtf:

I have never bothered with the MPG, even when I plan to take it easy on a journey (not for economy purposes just generally),I find that the pedal soon reaches the metal when something tends to come along.

Yes buddy, the date that is set now is the 4th of December.

You are pencilled in as going to be attending so just get back to us to confirm/cancel as soon as possible and then Steve will be in touch with you by PM.

It would never take you that long to read through the thread would it? :wtf:

unsure as to what u mean by this buddy:confused:

You just need to read it a couple of times Steve, basically he is saying that if he was to read the whole thread through, it would be well past the 4th of December before he gets done! :whistling: :whistling: :whistling:

Your Evo will push them anyway buddy as the power delivery is different.

The only thing that I can advise is that maybe you go for the run first and then, depending on what is pushed out, you get it mapped on the day by Russ and have another run in the end.

I might be able to get a special price for you if you want to do it that way, as Rich is a nice bloke and it's not all about the money for him ;)

Either way buddy, if you were to get it mapped from Russ, it will be cheaper than going anywhere else!!!

ide just like to tell you guys who dont know russ (cossie1) a bit of back ground that ive picked up over my yrs. there is about 6/8 garages in uk that have a massive respect for mapping cars and there are about 5 guys who are part of a little family of geekmappers, these guys have massive respect in the evo world and are even known world wide. its not up to me to have to point out who these guys are but russ is one of the main players, you should and will be honered when this guy does his stuff with your map :) if anyone else has anything else to add please feel free :)

Sorry mate, missed the post where you asked before.

Price for mapping will be £150 on the day :)

thats cheap my map cost me treble that

Thats cos you would have paid the above price + vat before any mapping started due to needing a licence on your ecu for that "other" equipment to work. Oh and then there is the fact that the "other equipment" manufacturers set the retail price for the first map :whistling:
