How Rare Are These And Are They Any Good!

How rare are these car's as i have never seen one before with this gearbox in and are they any good as a friend of mine is interested in it as a project as he can only drive auto's:whistling:

Ok thanks billy! There is another one on ebay so i will tell him to look at that one as well! I sold him a impreza wrx sti auto about 3 years ago and he now wants an evo but it has to be auto:whistling:Am I right in thinking it was only the VII that came with a choice of auto or manual gearbox's!

If your mate wants an auto evo then he doesn't have much choice as the VII GTA is the only auto evo.

Why's the interior look like its out of a MK6 Fiesta, and no bonnet vent either.

GTA i think is marmite in my eyes, granted you could make it look like a manual, but it would be pointless.

Gta is alot like the 260 really. Rubbish seats, cams and turbo. Made worse by not fitting bonnet vents and has anyone seen what they done with the rear spoiler yet ? :disgusted:

Must admit Aidy the VII spoiler doesn't do it any justice at all:whistling:

Can't find a pic of one but the car in my area the spoiler is a double stack but looks someone has shoved the bottom half of a evo 6 spoiler in between the uprights of a evo 7 one. Shocking !!

I really want one like i said in my other thread i dont have a choice as i am stuck to auto's my self i think it can be made to look better and a few mods done i would not mind my self what do you guys think you should pay for this model? just i have had one quote today for one to be sent from japan to here in the uk and uk conversion done ready for the roads and the price i was told was 10k all in i thought it was canny high i cant find any in the uk all ready for sale tell a lie there is one but it looks like a shed.

There was one for sale on eBay last week and I think it's around the Grantham area in Lincolnshire!! Have a look through the completed listings if it's no longer showing! I did know of one which was up for sale on some traders forecourt in Sleaford but unsure if its still there!

The one on ebay i have seen is still for sale in harlech, Gwynedd its not going to be any time soon that i can get one but gives me a good idea what there selling for over here the one on ebay looks run down not looked after i have asked is there any service history ect with the car and i am still waiting for a reply and that was 5 days ago when i told the wife i might be looking at 10k for one i dont think she was best happy but she said its me who has to save for it and pay for it so she said do what you want but to be honest i dont really want to pay that much for one if i can help it. But i do want a decent one what has had love dont want to be buying a tin can
