best manifold replacement ?

I have a cracked exhaust manifold on my 5. Think its a japspeed one and not that old

What's my best bet for a replacement? Like the look of the big tubular ones but a little out my price range. Running stage 1 360 bhp

Anything but the Ebay special's!! I have a Racetech one fitted to my VI and find it good quality tbh!

agreed, unless you spend £500+ on a mani ten you are buying rubbish.
however, nothing wrong with a much cheaper used top brand item like, full race, jmf etc

Race tech manifold is a quality bit of kit, newer design is meant to further improve flow.

If you don't want to spend the money get the stock one ported..

Absolutely Lee! I bought my mani second hand and had never been fitted to a vehicle either! Bargains can be had especially this time of year when vehicles under go their latest winter projects!!

I guess the standard one is good for what I need, stage 1 370bhp?

There are a couple good used ones for sale on Mlr I think. That would be best option apart from just putting standard one on.

Manifold and coolers only really see a difference over 400 bhp anyway
