Just pulled up onto my drive and smoke started billowing out, wasn't impressed at all, as I got out my car I walked round the front and this greeted me :shock::eek::cry:

New rad needed....... Again :sad:

Oh noooooo looks like it has rabies. As I said on other thread try Chris at auto torque I think I paid like 80 quid for a second hand one to get me out of trouble and it's still in the car

I only got this one last year :( the bitch lol, just ordered a new one that's coming tomorrow so all shall be well...... Hopefully :)

My engine bay needs sprucing up a bit though :)

But she defo needs more purple pieces under there, I've got some purple bolts that need strategically placing lol :)

Ummm carbon!! Purple would look good against black carbon! Seen an 8 the other day with purple coolant and boost hoses against black rocker cover! Looks aswum

Now the show season is over the engine bay will get some much needed TLC :)

Lol I've got a new one in there now, had to put new pipes in and adjust the fan as the hole from rad was more towards the centre then the right, but all is well and she's running goooooood happy lil fox :D

Need to clean the bay and buy new pipes and some carbon and she will be ready for next years show season :)

wouldnt buy a Koyo rad.. all that money and they give you 1 year warrenty lol thinking of fitting a Mishimoto as least they offer lifetime, should it decide to leak. Forge rads are the best quality, and meant to be faultless. Just a bit too expensive!

My koyo has been on for yonks, two ring trips and a good few trackdays............. I think that's well TESTED. Looks good too.

Not saying they are all going to break just surprised how many people have had issues with them.

Yeah I agree but I think it's the same with all of them, the mishi's have been known to go out of shape :shock:

Your probably right there bud, maybe with the exception of the forge rad. But you pay a serious premium with it.

My Ali koyo has been faultless over the last 2.5 years also. Cheap ones just bow and leak !
