New to the Evo world so asking u experts

It looks like a radiator with waves coming off it in orange

not driven the car, also noticed when I start the car
The fan kicks in within seconds then gos off and then on
Could it be te stat playing up ?

There one that looks like how you described but it's the Cat convertor over hearing light.

Depends what the light looks like, get a pic up!

It does have a full hks exhaust on it would that be the reason ?

Google catalitic convertor light and look on images, they're all similar to ours.


If the sensor has been shoved somewhere, or just chopped off.


Has it only just started or has it done it the whole time?

Yea that's the boy , and been on since I bought it

Take the speedo cluster out and remove the bulb. Or there might another fix with some research, will be to do with the aftermarket exhaust and the sensor being removed. You don't need the light or sensor as you don't have a Cat now.

my SRS light is on at the mo as I removed the airbags, so on the hunt for fixes or I'll I'll just take the bulb out
