ive a few questions and this is nothing to do with EVO OWNERS this is to do with a site i got banned from for removing a club sticker (but thats not relivant here)
lets just say i got banned from EVO OWNERS (only using EVO OWNERS as a example) and had my ip adress blocked. now ive got lots of pictures displayed and some pictures of my wife and children and mostly car piccys. if im banned of a site are the pictures my property and they should be deleted with my account ??????
ill put it in simple terms i want my pictures fully deleted off this site i was banned off. how do i stand legally before i seek legal advise and take things further. ????????
as said above this site im on about is not EVO OWNERS.

yes mate ive been told my username dont exist anylonger but my pictures are still there, i want my pictures of my children taking off there asap. ive asked the same question on another evo relates site too

can you not change the links in your photobucket account? although would be a pita if you have to do them all individualy.......specially with the amount of pics I'm guessing there are :whistling:

the thing with photobucket you can load pics 1 at a time when your not logged in so no record of it

Unfortunately you are a bit stuck if they are submitted to them. Any text images etc you submit to them become their property to use as they see fit. You would need a court order to remove them.
If you do host them elsewhere and have hotlinked to them you can change the locations of the images.
But I would try to strike up a normal conversation, anyone with half a sense of decency would remove pics of your family etc when asked.

You do not have to be nice and polite about it Geof, just be professional with them.

I do not see why they would have a problem removing the threads or the pics at the very least.

It might be better if you get the Mrs to deal with it, anything could happen mid conversation that might enrage you which will end with you not get the desired result.

Because the site owner is a long distance lorry driver so he gave his so called friend at the time full control of the site as he woz away all week
