Looking good mate, one question.... Won't the hks be more restrictive than the exhaust that's on the car? 2.75inch cat end and the rear can is what about 2.5inch at best. Do get the oem look.

:D Well today has been a good day as the weather held out for me :)

Got home last night and unwrapped some stuff that was itching for me to fit

So i set out and fitted the seat belt stalks first. 5 min job..
then i fitted the IX Plug cover, Superdragger, and IX Splitter,:shock: when i unwrapped it, it was cracked and i can only think that the crack is where it had been repaired, but the person i got it off had done the best he could at keeping it safe as to date its the best packaged parcel iv ever had, so must have been the courier guys man handling it  iv been quoted £80 to get it repaired and fitted. so will get that done when i get my bumper sprayed :sneaky:

Took off the EVOLUTION on the boot as it reminded me of the SUBARU of scoobs :/ lol

and the last thing i did was Iron X my wheels. WOW that stuff is magic as there was about 1 foot of brake dust build up on the wheels, and finally decided to buy some and try it out :awesome:

so not the car is done to a fairly ok standard i suppose. will be on the road end of this month :D :D :D

So i decided that im gonna use the bumper foglight and utilize the drivers side rear light foglight and turn it into a secondary reverse light. :D

Just ran a live wire from the left hand light to the right ;)

And thought id stick some more pics up as its moved to a different spot on the drive lol :)

Does that exhaust sit in a bit too much? Just thinking might end up with a melted bumper if it pops and bangs

As for front plate I don't even run one not had a problem

Nope the exhaust sits perfect, and i still have the heat shield if it decides to get a bit too hot so can stick it back on but i'd be painting it up first :)

 what you dont have a front plate fitted??

Right sorted my foglight at last :D:D:D

Just ran a wire from the Green/White wire on standard foglight switch to a aftermarket switch that was in the sunglasses glovebox next to the driver right knee and then a wire from that to the foglight, and a earth to the boot catch :)

took a piccy of the reverse lights and foglight on all together :awesome:

I actually cant keep my hands off my car, if its nice im out tinkering, and we all love pics soooooo......

Some Ultra SilvaTec bulbs came this morning, as i needed some due to the De-tango'd headlights, so now the Evo is completely road legal :D
"
And whilst i was messing with the front end i decided to take the bumper and sort out the top grille as it was drooping down. had a brain wave lat night why dont i just bend the metal support behind it ;) so i did....... "Ahhhh much better"
