Try doing my job, the outside temp is the temp inside the workshop, working on trucks in your work clothes and overalls over top, inc hat on so you don't cut and slice your head to bits on sharp corners under stuff. I will take being out in the sun catching a tan anyday, and come winter when it's -5 and you can't feel your fingers it's noce when you get a nice hot engine to work on haha

.Full head Helmet
.Radio ear piece
.Gloves
.Ballistic Underwear
.Ballistic Sunglasses (Not for the sun, to protect eyes in blast situations)
.Rifle - 12KG
.Full Torso Body Armour - 25KG
.Daysack - 30-40KG sometimes

In that heat for 7 months is Horrendous
