Not sure tbh, there was an Evo 6 that ran 406bhp on an IX turbo, and he put it on the dyno somewhere else a couple of weeks back and it was 399 there (dyno dynamics also).

So who knows.

Yeh it's strange, but Dyno Dynamics are well known to give "true readings" and that usually means people end up being disapointed with the figures given.
