I'm assuming he wouldn't go to all that effort and not check to see if hes actually creating any +'ve pressure in the inlet.

When I had the dust buster back in the days, it was attached at the front bumper (where the fog light was removed) onto a make shift cold feed pipe which was from an old vacuum cleaner
The thing I used to notice was that the car would fly for a 6 valve, 993cc engine on colder/rainy days or when driving in open country
All I ever did once was adjust the distributor to compensate for fuelling issues!
I never bothered perfecting it as I was shipped out and moved onto bigger things.
I wonder what he will have to say when he gets back!
