The IX has MIVEC so it responds a bit better to tuning, is a slightly stronger engine. The X's SatNav is ok, nothing amazing. Sound system is actually quite good, it comes with a subwoofer in the boot. The first car I've owned where I haven't instantly upgraded the stereo and speakers. It has an in-built hard drive so your CDs etc are copied to it and it acts like a music server. Defo one of the best things about the car.

Yeah mine is standard. It's my third evo (others were a 6 and an 8) and I'd modded both of those, and the power is great and all, but they're just not as drivable. Mitsubishi knows what they're doing, and in standard trim it's not the fastest car in a straight line but it all flows so smoothly and drives so well.

satnav bit crap can put postcode in only street names ect other than that the sound is very good and u could upgrade if u wanted more but it nice and loud anyway

I assume you meant "can't put postcode in"? If so you can. When you are entering the town if you look at the bottom right you'll see a button that lets you input the postcode. Lots of people miss it, it's not very user-friendly.
