I think people are more disgusted that they like the taste of horse meat and are covering it up saying they pissed off about false advertising haha I would buy. A tesco burger

It's not the taste or the false advertising; as horses are not intended for human consumption they are often given drugs that are harmeful to humans and not intended to enter the human food chain. Meat is meat pretty much whatever animal it comes from, but animals intended for eating have to have their medication strictly controlled.
