Bad dealers

Went to have a look at an evo near me - just to show the wife around what we will be getting and look at what I could get for 3k less than I'm going to spend!

Got to the dealership and there was no evo there so asked the dealer if he still had it and his reply was that his business partner took it out the other day and crashed it at 120 MPH because the tire wasn't pumped up correctly!!!! (He said to me the other day that is was well looked after?!? Idiot!

He then said I could buy it after they had fixed it!! I just laughed and left!


It is still up for sale on auto trader!!

What a joke - not a good first experience for looking for an evo

No not a good advert at all but I find that info pendant dealers tend to use higher end cars themselves and through my own experience of workin in a car dealership they don't get looked after at all, when it's registered as a company car they get money back on it so when it sells they make more profit, how ever smashing an Evo at 120 I wouldn't want to buy it would it even be worth fixing it

Got to admire the sales man in a way. To tell a customer the car has been bent at 120, then offer it for sale once fixed. The guy is certainly an optimist. I mean no one with half a brain is going to actually take him up on that offer...

Best one is No test pilots ( guess they do that themselves )

It's a shame really that Evos get driven/treated like this when there in the wrong hands

Think I will defiantly be buying off someone on here who known and has looked after it

It never see's to amaze me how some dealers are!

There is always a small amount of idiot's that ruin it for other guys!

We make sure every vehicle is 110% as if i was my own vehicle!

The hardest thing at the moment is getting phone calls which is proving very hard at present!

Not even an MR. I had this loads when I bought mine. Sold as one get there and its an FQ or GSR with MR spoiler even though dealer was adament it was genuine. Done my head in

Description needs to be changed to - Not too bad dealers as they have put it up for sale as a cat c for £3650
