My New Tattoo

Well decided to have my last bare bit of arm covered up, although this is still work in progress

Started off with my nephew in law (tattooist) giving me some ideas on what to have so here are the 2 pics he sent me

I asked my daughter and wife which they preferred and neither of them liked the skull but liked the rose idea, so my daughter found me this rose which I liked and then I showed it to Craig (tattooist) who said the rose would blotch out in a few years time due to the lines going thicker and would end up looking more like a red cabbage than a rose, so he suggested having a more open rose. I think it looks bang on and the detail is superb:wub:

So here are some progress pics and finished for a few weeks until more work commences, hope you like it

Well happy with the shading, as I wanted something with a lot of detail, need to think of some ideas for the rest of my arm, so far crystal ball and tarrot cards is what i have come up with:thinking:

Will be having a full sleeve eventually but I have to have 2 fridge magnet tattoos laser'd off first, so for now a half sleeve

Yeah but I never copied, I didn't know they were there but tbh I prefer mine to most of them on google images, although there are a few nice ones on there but also a few munters as well
