People meet each other, they form lil groups, they then carry these groups back online, by disobeying common selling etiquette transactions occur between each other rather than maybe the first person to ask. This is the same with the trader side of things, you spend long enough with a trader and a friendship may form, you see the trader under attack and step in to defend them despite of whos actually in the wrong.
