She will be pampered, trust me. I'm going to drive it as it is for six months and get used to it, then see where I go from there.
It would be an insult to the guy I bought it from not to look after it, it is a credit to him. :angel:

Took it to the body shop today and got a quote to get the lacquer done, headlights done (they are a bit yellow) and recoated, and full mop, valet, engine bay cleaned and a spot of rust under the sill proffesionally done.
Think im going to put it in next week as he needs it for 4 days
Polished her up myself today, also put the back seats back in the car with the seat belts. Removed the rear strut brace and put the boot lining back in and boot mat.
She looks lovely but does need a mop as there are imperfections.

The rest of the car is in showroom condition....so it would be a shame to let these little imperfections let it down....

Also I knocked £1500 off of the asking price and all of the work is costing me £700 so im pleased.....leaves the rest for insurance lol

Heres some pics of what I got up to today.....
After a polish

Interior....I re-installed the rear seats with the seatbelts and removed the strut brace in the boot and re-installed the boot lining and carpet.

Engine bay

Mirrors

Brakes and wheels

And now the bad bits.....lacquer peel :sad:

There is also a very fine scratch down the rear door but it will mop out

It is really clean mate I'm well pleased.

It has a parrot kit in it which plays music through my I phone - I like the carbon lol
And as for insurance a friend of mine has insured it on his traders and put me on the policy for 8 weeks until my birthday because when I turn 25 the saving is massive
