Get the Fuchs 5w40 you only need the 50 if you are on track all the time and get high oil temps

I use millers triple ester 10/60w as it offers great protection at top end and abusive driving. The 10/50w your are thinking to getting is also a very good competiton oil but the 10/60w is better for little difference in price. I run this oil in a fully forged engine. You can use a 5/40w oil in a standard evo engine, 10/50w or 10/60w oils are more for race/competition use and offer less viscosity loss. Personally i would use the 10/50 or 10/60 ester syn oils and change the oil every 4k or after every track event. Lucas, millers, fuchs, valvoline are very good oils that i tend to use often.

the last service I had the CRX NT 75-90 put into my gear & trans box & rear diff. The veeeeery minor wine on de acceleration from the trans i had is gone a shifts lovely, especially when it gets driven hard and the gearbox warms up. no shift problems what so ever :)

Yes i have and bought it in 20 litre drum. Know a few rally drivers that have used it and no complaints but its cheap whne buying it in 20 litre drums. I still like lucas and millers the best though.

naw they have 5/40 in castrol there but they dont do millers or silkolene in the halfords up here in halfords. Oilman does them and delivered to you and know some oils are on offer from him plus you have forum discount code. Could work out cheap for you in his web site.
