ok well dont fq's have a fog light in the rear bumper and a rear wiper, a plac near gearstick,

Build number.. Fq's are also badged up as an fq, if its a 320 it will me an mr so should have an mr badge and also the mr plaque in the centre console..

Sure the gsr didn't have sas. Most bits can be swapped to make it look like an fq.

320 does not automatically make it an MR

Fog light in the rear bumper because they are imports and require them for this country as std. So they are retro fitted either in the bumper, hung from bumper or fitted in to rear lights (for a proper job)
