Evo viii fq320?.

One of my mates bought a fq320! And how do you tell the difference between a normal gsr and the fq.
Ive done a bit of googling but nothing really coming up.

it should have a build no. centre console and badges on the boot and doors
is it a mr? if so it should have ridges in the roof

Fq is a British model evo. They are all fq.
GSR has AYC
RS has no AYC

no it doesnt say it anywere. Its in kmh 260 so is jap?

What exhaust does it have? I think the 260 had a different exhaust to the fq I know the fq has a super drager. And is their ridges in the roof?

it does have a big pipe. not sure if its a superdrager!
And when u say ridges do you mean the piece at the top of rear window? like a carbon strip. it has one of them

Build number.. Fq's are also badged up as an fq, if its a 320 it will me an mr so should have an mr badge and also the mr plaque in the centre console..

Sure the gsr didn't have sas. Most bits can be swapped to make it look like an fq.

It has the sas valve anyway, evoaps i cant read it??

The fq has a full intercooler hard pipe kit and the first 2 letters are usually WX53 ***

If it's a 5 speed gearbox, it's a gsr or rs if white. 6 speed an fq. What colour is the steering wheel (metal bit)?

its got a hard pipe kit and 6 speed so must be fq, not sure on wheel! is it a uk car then?

Yes all fq models are uk, all evos are made in Japan but are changed to a Fq when they enter the contry

I read it alrite, so its like ep3 uk and jdm ep3. Uk has less power etc!!

If its 6 speed it's more than likely a fq as its an expensive upgrade and some might even say a downgrade as the 6 speed box isn't as strong. My reg check will just call it a lancer like mine

They are all FQ
GSR has ayc
RS does not

Simple as that. All other mods/differences are to do with other things. What you typed into google to search for differences should have resulted in Google
