Uprated cams will give you more puff up top but don't the mivec have high lift already?

Yes, go for a set of kelford 272. A set of those and a good map and a true 3" exhaust will see you at 400/400

You will pick up more torque than bhp all depends on what other mods you have

Iv got a 3 port , decat , fuel pump , HKS filter and map , should I see much .. And Would I feel a noticeable differance ? Cheers

With those mods and a decent remap you should be seeing over 400/400.
Would not want to push much more on a standard engine.

All depends what you use the car for i suppose .

I was looking at cams for my E4 but all the ones I looked at recommended uprated valves springs n lifters ? Didn't want to take head off yet, any cams u know of where they needed don't want over the top cams at mo any way ??

Whats the chances I'm pushing 400 bhp now without the cams , as iv had it mapped on the road and haven't had it on the rollers to find out the power, but I was tolled it could be 400 ... Is this possible ?
