Double din stereo set up, on a 2005 evo 8 260??

How hard is it to fit and also relocate the heater controls? Jus wondered if anyone had done it need some advice lol

As far as I'm aware. It's just like moving the stereo. It's only a few bolts and you can change which slot they go in....

No mate, have a single din with controls under and then a cubby hole for sunglasses under that, wil take a pic later as I jus finished night shift lol

I did this on my car, I have to make a section for the controls lower do, which I did from cutting up both the single din and the lower bit. The control will go lower but you have to notch a bit out of the white plastic to make it fit. here's some pictures

its pretty easy, just have to disconnect the cables that operate the heater stuff etc and run them below the metal work thats behind, notch the white plastic holder so that it fits in square. then cut the dail area out of the top cover and cut around the bottom section so that they both fit nice, melt together and fill with fibre glass filler and tidy it up etc, I'll see if i have the photos of what I did.
