turbo question ?

hey all i have a evo 8 turbo on my evo 4 is it a gt30 or are they a td05 ?

also i was looking at the gt35 will i gain much diffrence ?

im looking at a gt30 for my easy 500/500 but if i wanted to go more then i would get a gt35 which are a 700hp turbo

Evo 8 turbo is not a gt30...
Evo 9 turbo will bolt straight on the 4...
Std evo manifold will fit any tdo5 turbo

id leave it alone then as 4 engines are weak and suffer crank walk.
you wouldnt be able to run anymore than 1.3 bar so a IX turbo would be wasted.

With comments like that to be honest you might as well just buy a later engine now put it in and map that and sell the 4 block to someone who won't try and kill it. Running 1.5 you won't get enough time to enjoy the power before it goes bang waste of a map and your time....... But hey it's your car
