buying first evo

hello, im looking at buying my first evo , looking at a 5 and 6
neither have the service book with them ,
is this a problem ? the 5 has just had the ayc oil changed and has been serviced also has some receipts and old mot's
both done around 50 k

looking for advice

Uk or Import cars?

Budget of about £5000
Believe both cars are uk .

If you can get one them for 5k with 50k miles i would be asking whats wrong with it mate. I have found that usually uk cars with no service history, low miles and low price have been written off and repaired.
Service history not really available for most imports.
Then again who would really have an evo and not service it :disgusted:

Ok thanks for the advice . There on eBay which I guess Is a bad start and have been on there a couple of weeks . Keep looking I guess

Ok thanks . Looks a good car . There's just nothing in my area everything is 150 miles away or more . Frustrating

Yeah its always the same mate but worth travelling if you get a good car from it, and you get a good drive home :D

i travelled for about 5 hours each way to buy my Evo 5 i have now,as previous comments have said the drive home was alot of fun,def worth travelling for the right car :D
