What do I do next.....

Just looking for a bit off advice. I bought a 9 rear bumper off someone on another Evo site and was assured by them that the bumper has no cracks or kinks in the plastic l but had lots off paint flaking off so I thought perfect as I was going to get it painted.
I asked over an over again if it had cracks as in the picture sent to me it looked like one but was told its just the way the pic was taken and a reflection but when the bumper was delivered and unwrapped there is 2 kinks and a crack in the bumper.
I still have all the texts from the person to prove this is what I was told etc
Where do I stand?
What would you do?
It was delivered by parcel force but the crack was not done by them as it is easy to tell it has been there for a while.

how did u pay for it? if its by pay pal then u can raise a dispute with them.. i think..

No, was done by cash into the person bank. I know I can go to small claims court and I'd win cause the proof I have.
My mrs is currently studying at uni doing retail law.
I've text the person waiting on reply which I'm 99% sure I won't get a reply

If u gonna go through small claims court try keep as much evidence as u can. At the end of the day if he's got a pay and go sim he could easily throw it away and get a new number and deny having anything to do with it etc. hope u sort it mate good luck

Cheers mate. I have everything, all texts, mails on fb, the receipt for money into HER bank lol. Everything.
Got there address as well as the bumper was picked up from there. Just called her and she will pick up but not speak and won't reply to texts

Don't go on mlr much so wouldn't know, seem to remember people slagging her off and she kept her head down for a bit ?
