Which gear oil?

Any recommendations, got a bit of a stiff gear change / difficult selection so wanted to try change the oil first

Did the same on my skyline and used the proper Nissan stuff and it made loads of difference to the gear change

+1 and opie oils had it on offer the other day. Bought a 5 litre can of the above and a 1 litre bottle of millers ATF sp III for about £63

I'm quite sure its 3.2 litres
I usually just buy 5L can and do the transfer box and rear diff at same time.
